WP Desk – Flexible Refund and Return Order for WooCommerce is a plugin that allows you to manage refund and return requests for your WooCommerce store. It enables customers to send refund requests directly from the My Account page, and handles communication with customers regarding returns and warranty requests. The plugin offers features such as a refund form builder, cash/on bank account refund type, shipping costs refund, refund button for orders, and refund request management page. The Pro version provides additional automation features, including conditions for refund button visibility, refunds for guest customers, partial refunds, automatic WooCommerce coupon refund type, auto refund option, hiding the refund button after a specified time, additional form fields, privacy and refund policy checkbox, warranty plugin functionality, file uploads for warranty requests, and priority email support. To install the plugin, download and unzip the latest release, upload the plugin directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory, and activate it through the Plugins menu in the WordPress Administration.
