Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms is a plugin that allows to easily create an affiliate registration form using the flexibility of the Ninja Forms. With this plugin, you use any of the default fields provided by Nin Forms or the four new field types added specifically for affiliate registration forms. You can drag and drop fields to re-order make fields required, and label them you like. The only required field is the email field, and if no username or password field is added, they will be automatically created or generated for the affiliate. This plugin makes it simple to create an affiliate registration form and start earning rewards as a Ninja Forms affiliate.

This addon allows you to use your own Ninja Form as a custom affiliate registration form. The add-on requires both the Ninja Forms plugin and AffiliateWP to be installed and active. Here are some of its features:

1. Flexibility: You can use any of the default fields provided by Ninja Forms or the four new field types added by AffiliateWP to create your affiliate registration form. You can also drag and drop fields to re-order, make fields required, and label them however you like.
2. Automatic username and password creation: If you don’t add a username field, the affiliate’s WordPress username will be automatically created from their email address. If no password field is added, a password will be automatically generated for the affiliate.
3. Email tags: By enabling a checkbox on a field, a new email tag will be automatically created, which you can use in any of AffiliateWP’s emails.
4. Affiliate approval: If you require affiliate approval, everything that the affiliate has submitted will be shown to you when reviewing their application. Once an affiliate has registered, their original submission can be viewed at any time from the Affiliates → Edit Affiliate screen.
5. Compatibility: The add-on provides compatibility with both the current version of Ninja Forms 3 and Ninja Forms 2.9 versions.
6. Customization: AffiliateWP Professional and Plus license holders will have access to Affiliate Forms for Ninja Forms, which gives you even greater customization options for your affiliate registration forms.

To use the add-on, you need to install and activate AffiliateWP and the Ninja Forms plugin. Once you’ve done that, you can install and activate the Affiliate Forms for Ninja Forms add-on.
